Well, this week I am going to go completely off the reservation…and to the mall! The item in this week's super style spotlight is an LCD TV mount with sturdy base for large televisions. So I said we we're going to the mall because this stand is perfect as a mall directory, especially as an interactive map. Many malls have the good old vertical map with the stores listed on a poster and placed inside. This holder can hold a screen that can do so much more than that! Really this would look great in any setting that would need a directory, like hospitals, large hotels, convention centers, office buildings, corporate facilities, and the list goes on! The silver finish will also look great wherever it is placed!
So the television mount has overall dimensions of 37-7/16"w x 38-1/2"h x 24"d so it will take up a little bit of space, but these are supposed to be noticeable so if they are used as directories, people can find there way. The item in the week's super style spotlight is newer…and it is not an AV Cart, although I hear there may be more of those coming. The item is a rolling television cart for large screens with an adjustable shelf. The cart has a lot of visual appeal due to the curved nature of the legs. In a way it sort of reminds me of a spider in roller skates (thank you Ron Weasley!) and today with the rain pouring down, I needed something to make me smile and that image was it! The shelf is adjustable in 2-1/2" increments in quite a wide range. The cart is also able to hold large televisions, which means that there is no worry about a room full of people being able to see the screen. The television cart would be great in libraries, conference rooms, trade shows, and more! Yes, schools…okay so it sounds a lot like an AV cart, but that's not my fault!
The cart has 4 wheels that lock for safety purposes. The holder is made of metal with a black powder-coated finish and looks great! The mount is VESA compatible and can hold televisions 37"-60" wide and weighing less than 200 pounds. The accessory shelf measures 18-3/4"w x 11-3/4"d and is great for holding laptops and small DVD players. There is a cable management system that is built into the cart to help keep cords in line! The height of the mounted screen is 51", which is a great viewing height and the overall dimensions are 31"w x 51"h (to center of TV bracket) x 28"d.
