I have another newer item for you and yes it something resembling an AV cart. Hey, I can't help it if that's what the new products are. Maybe it's my influence as a teacher that's influencing these new selections, but I think not because "The force is NOT strong with this one." Anyway, the item in this week's super style spotlight is a wheeled television cart that has an adjustable shelf and camera mount. I know you've heard this before, but I really like the look of this display. Maybe it's the silver and black finish that is catching my eye; I don't know! So logical placement of this selection is in businesses, hotels with conference rooms, and schools. The camera mount makes this any interesting choice for colleges that do online classes and can show the professor teaching live. So yes, I am back to AV Carts, but this one is special for two reasons that you will read about in a moment. The item in this week’s super style spotlight is an AV cart with drop leaf shelves and blue finish. I love this cart and blue isn’t even my favorite color (my sons loves it though, thanks to Thomas the Train™). I think the blue really stands out as something different from the standard black or gray. The blue will get the cart and, by association what is being shown on the cart, noticed by all in the room or even those that are walking by. Okay so you might hear a few references to the Smurfs™ by some employees (today students don’t even know who they are!), but it will be worth it because people will also be talking about the presentation they saw, guaranteed. Also, what really strikes me about this display is the drop leaf shelves. There is one on either side of the unit that will easily hold a laptop, projector, or camera and then will drop to the sides when not in use. There is also a locking steel cabinet on the bottom to secure any valuable equipment.
Well, the specs are much like an AV cart that I blogged about a few weeks ago because this is the much the same cart in a striking blue finish. The dimensions are 24"-46"w x 44"-62"h x 18"d. The width changes based on the drop leaf shelving and because the television mount is height-adjustable. Each side shelf is 11”w x 18”d, perfect for holding small equipment and then there is a middle shelf and a bottom locking cabinet. The entire unit is made of steel to be durable and has a reinforced cabinet door. The finish on the cart is a powder-blue coating that will last for years.
